Holistic counselling in Hampton & Bayside with Tina Lowe Zenou

Certified holistic counsellor based in Hampton, Bayside, Victoria. I offer sessions in person or online. I hold full membership with IICT.

I work with women navigating life changes such as career transitions, motherhood, relationship changes, separation, grief, identity shifts, burnout, and the quiet feeling that the life you’ve built no longer fits.

Life transitions can stir old wounds and awaken a harsh inner critic that makes change feel overwhelming. I help women navigate these turning points with greater self-compassion, clarity, and trust in themselves. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed. All parts of you are welcome here.

From self-criticism to self-trust

  • ”If you’re looking for someone kind, caring and with the skills to support I definitely recommend Tina.”

    —Nyree

  • ”After working with Tina I feel more gentleness and compassion towards myself. Acceptance and change both feel possible now and like they will come more easily.”

    —Andrea

The 3 Pillars of Holistic Counselling

Sant with a few shells. Two oyster shells are placed together like a love heart.

I communicate with you from the heart. I aim to create a relationship based on truth, compassion, and kindness. When we soften towards ourselves and others, we can become more trusting, genuine, and brave.

Heart

Mother Earth is our first mother. When we are in touch with her, it is much easier to have a sense of gratitude, care, and compassion – for others and ourselves. To be connected to nature in different ways is so calming for our nervous systems.

We work together as humans. However messy and imperfect that may be. All parts of you are welcome. You don’t have to do it alone. Over time, the safety of the therapeutic relationship helps us to become more present, grounded, and resilient.
