Hi, I’m Tina Lowe Zenou

Holistic counsellor in Hampton, Bayside

I am Tina, the founder of The Heart and Earth Collective.

Originally, I am from Stockholm, Sweden. My own life has taken me across countries, cultures and different professional worlds, including a previous career as a journalist. These experiences have shaped the way I work with people today: with curiosity, openness and an appreciation for the complexity of each person's story.

I believe counselling is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you. It is about creating a space where you can understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with what matters and discover new possibilities.

My practice is trauma-informed, compassionate and holistic, with the therapeutic relationship at its centre. Although I am no longer very active as a journalist, I am still curious, love writing and always attracted to a good story.

I offer counselling in English, Swedish and French.
